No — this service is exclusively for websites and digital products built by Dalu Digital. We know your codebase inside-out, which means faster turnaround and better quality.

Anything from updating text and images, to adding new sections, fixing bugs, adjusting styling or restructuring pages. Larger requests (like building a new feature or page) may count as multiple changes — we'll always let you know upfront.

No, unused changes do not carry over to the next month. Each billing cycle starts fresh, so we recommend using your included changes before the month ends.

We'll let you know upfront if a request goes beyond your plan. You can upgrade your plan, pay the difference as a once-off, or we'll scope it into next month's changes.

You can cancel anytime — no lock-in contracts. Use the "Manage Your Subscription" section below to verify your email, view your plan, and cancel with one click. You'll receive a confirmation email and no further payments will be deducted.

Scroll down to "Manage Your Subscription", enter the email address you used when subscribing, and we'll send you a 6-digit verification code. Once verified, you can view your plan details, payment history and next debit date.

We help you set up hosting and your domain during project handover, but you pay those providers directly (e.g. Afrihost, Namecheap). Support plans cover website changes only — not hosting or domain fees.

Yes. All payments are processed securely through PayFast (we never see your card details). Your subscription data is protected with encryption and email verification. We comply with POPIA and retain your records for up to 5 years, after which they are permanently deleted. Read our full Privacy Policy.

Choose your plan and duration, then complete payment through PayFast using credit/debit card, EFT, or any method PayFast supports. For ongoing plans, your card is debited automatically each month on the same date you subscribed.
